Herbarium is a fresh and exciting range of wines that are fruit driven, unoaked and modern in style. This range of wines is inspired by the large amounts of wild flowers and herbs found in Jean-Marc’s vineyards. The label depicts wild rosemary, lavender, poppy or olive which all grow in the Herbarium vineyards.
Jean-Marc made this wine with family Sunday roast in mind as it is well structured and full bodied.
