Vineyard Collection Carignan 2018
Sorry! Currently out of stock on here. Please get in touch to find out how to order.
From Les Rebouls and Le Colombier vineyards here in Tuchan. Â This red wine is very much alive and kicking with red berry fruits, spice and pepper. Carignan is the bad boy grape of the Languedoc. It was prized for its high yields which made a less than average wine and went into most of the blended wine in this area. Now it is seeing something of a renaissance as old vines (and mine are over 100 years old) and small yields make a lovely, concentrated, big wine.
