Vineyard Collection
Vineyard Collection Syrah comes from two of my very small vineyards between Tuchan and Paziols in the Languedoc, La Caune and St Roch. The soils are limestone and clay, and schist and they are farmed following organic practices. One vineyard is at an altitude of 350 m and brings freshness to the blend whereas the other vineyard is lower in the valley and brings the concentration. The vines are around 45 years old making them some of the oldest syrah in Tuchan.

Tasting notes
Dark purple. Intense and warming on the nose. Well integrated oak and very opulent and almost Rhone in style. Very good fruit of blackcurrants and black cherries, some liquorice spice and pepper finishing with refreshing menthol.
